If you have damaged your HMK knife through incorrect use or your own fault, we will repair the knife at our expense. If the knife cannot be repaired, we will replace your HMK Knife for half the current price.
Simply send us the knife with an explanatory note.
We provide a gift wrapping free of charge. Please let us know if you have any special wrapping requests.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your HMK Knife within 14 days of receipt, you can return it to HMK for a full refund of the purchase price or send you a different HMK knife if return postage is enclosed.
