IWB (Inside the Waistband) Lanyard for Scalpel

A simple IWB (Inside the Waistband) lanyard for the Scalpel series knives. 

The clip allows you to transition the carry from the neck lanyard to the IWB lanyard. So you can keep the IWB lanyard fixed to your pants.
